IS THERE A START AND END DATE?

Yes. The challenge runs 7/5/2021-7/11/2021.

HOW WILL I GET THE WORKOUTS?

The challenge is delivered daily right to your email inbox. Each daily email will include a piece of a workout straight from FIT for Women + the logic behind a key area that you'll want to include in your workouts to keep your core and pelvic floor happy.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE WORKOUTS?

It's recommended that you at least have one set of dumbbells or a kettlebell and a bench, box, or chair that you can step up to. Some lifts will be programmed for a barbell, but kettlebell or dumbbell alternatives are listed right alongside. Outside of the main lift, the rest of the workout utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, or resistance bands.  

WHEN IS THE LIVE Q&A CALL?

The live call is on Thursday, July 8th 6:30-7:00pm CST. The call will be done over Zoom with a call link sent to you in your welcome email.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE CALL LIVE?

No problem. The call will be recorded with the replay sent to you via email. You can submit your questions ahead of time to have them answered on the call if you wish.
