FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WILL I GET A 1:1 ASSESSMENT DURING THE WORKSHOP?

No. While there will be some movement demos and practice within the workshop, this is not the time to assess everyone individually. If you would like a 1:1 session, you can always add one on to your purchase or contact us to schedule in the future.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING?

No. While we will be discussing strength training within the workshop, the strategies taught are appropriate for all forms of movement.

I THINK I MIGHT HAVE DIASTASIS. WILL YOU BE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE ME?

No. We are unable to offer diagnosis or treatment. However, we will be able to walk you through a self assessment for diastasis so you can be comfortable and confident in assessing your core on your own.

I DON'T HAVE KIDS. IS THIS WORKSHOP STILL APPROPRIATE FOR ME?

Absolutely! While pregnancy and delivery may increase your risk for core and pelvic floor disorders, women of all ages can still experience symptoms, regardless if they have ever been pregnant or not.

CAN I BRING MY KID(S) WITH ME?

You are welcome to bring your non-mobile baby with you to the workshop. However, due to space and location limitations, we ask that you make other arrangements for your toddlers and older children.
