HOW IT WORKS...
hybrid program that lasts 4 weeks
small group format to allow the hands on coaching that you need at a more affordable price point than 1:1 training
meet once a week in-person and receive rest of the workouts to do at home via the True Coach app
Once you register and pay, you'll receive an email from me with all the program details, including how to access the app, contact info, and what to expect in class.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THERE A START AND END DATE?
This program is offered just a few times per year. Click on the Enroll or Sign Me Up buttons to see more information on dates and locations currently being offered.
HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO BE IN THE GYM?
In-person sessions will last about 1 hour. Home workouts are approximately 45 minutes. That includes your warm up, workout, accessory work, and cool down. We want you getting the most out of your time in the workout so you can enjoy your life outside the gym.
WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS WHILE GOING THROUGH THE WORKOUTS AT HOME?
Simply use the messaging feature inside the True Coach app or in Voxer to contact me. Access details will be included in your welcome email.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING?
Nope. While we will be working with weights, all movements are explained in detail in the video demos PLUS everything is easily modified to meet your needs and abilities.
DO YOU LOOK AT VIDEOS OF MY MOVEMENTS AND CORRECT MY FORM IN FIT FOR POSTPARTUM?
Yes! You can easily record your movements within the True Coach app and send them directly to me if you have any questions or concerns about a movement.
HOW FAR POSTPARTUM DO I NEED TO BE TO START FIT FOR POSTPARTUM?
FIT for Postpartum is appropriate for anyone 6 weeks postpartum or more and cleared for exercise by their provider.
CAN I DO FIT FOR POSTPARTUM IF I HAVE DIASTASIS, PROLAPSE, OR INCONTINENCE?
Yes. We will address those issues within our classes and refer when appropriate to a pelvic floor physical therapist.
CAN I BRING MY KID(S) WITH ME?
You are welcome to bring your non-mobile baby with you to our in-person sessions. However, due to space and location limitations, we ask that you make other arrangements for your toddlers and older children.
I'M 2 YEARS POSTPARTUM, IS FIT FOR POSTPARTUM STILL APPROPRIATE FOR ME?
Yes ma'am! If you haven't progressed back into exercise yet or have any core or pelvic floor concerns, FIT for Postpartum will be a great place to start.
